you’ll need a yoga mat, and if you have them, props like blocks, a strap, or a blanket can be useful. A bottle of water and a jumper for relaxation at the end are always a good idea too. A few spare mats and props are available if needed — just let me know beforehand.

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely — leggings, joggers, or anything you feel relaxed in. Layers are helpful so you can adjust as your body warms up or cools down.

not at all. Classes are open to all levels, with options and variations offered throughout. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace and listen to what feels right for your body.

all bookings are made through BALUU — simply head to the Classes page, select your session, and book your spot. You can also purchase class passes or bundles if you’d like to come regularly.

yes. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the class start time via BALUU. Unfortunately, cancellations made after this time can’t be refunded or credited.

if you enjoy moving with the breath and flowing sequences, start with Vinyasa Yoga. If you’re looking for something slower and more grounding, Yin Yoga offers longer-held postures and deep relaxation. Many people enjoy both for balance

please let me know before class if you’re pregnant or have any injuries or health conditions, so we can discuss what’s best for you. Some postures can be adapted, but I may recommend specific sessions that are more suitable.
