vinyasa and yin yoga classes in Stroud, Gloucestershire
classes
whether you’re looking to build strength and flexibility, slow down and settle, or take your first steps into yoga, there’s a class for you. my classes are rooted in traditional yoga and create space to move, breathe, find presence and leave feeling a little calmer than when you arrived.
Each class has one reduced-rate space available for anyone who may need it - no questions asked. Yoga should be accessible to everyone, and cost shouldn’t stand in the way of practising.
strong flow
a dynamic Vinyasa practice that weaves together breath, flowing movement and awareness, building strength and flexibility along the way. We’ll build momentum and heat through the practice, with yogic breathwork and meditation woven throughout before settling into stillness. suitable for all levels, with options and adaptations offered throughout.
When: Every Thursday | 6:30pm - 7:30pm

gentle flow
a slower practice to move gently and intentionally, build flexibility and create space to calm the nervous system through movement, breath, meditation and stillness. this is a perfect class for beginners, as well as those with an existing practice, with a slower pace and space to settle into the body and step away from the busyness of the day.
When: Every Tuesday | 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Where: Great Oldbury Community Centre, Stonehouse
Classes start from Tuesday 15th September.
yoga for beginner’s
a six-week introduction to Vinyasa yoga, designed for anyone starting their practice or wanting to build confidence in the foundations. we’ll begin with simple postures, movement, breath and meditation, gradually building strength, flexibility and flowing sequences as the course progresses. alongside the physical practice, we’ll explore some of the wider philosophy of yoga, giving you the confidence and foundations to continue practising beyond the six weeks.
