vinyasa and yin yoga classes in Stroud, Gloucestershire
classes
every body has a place on the mat. whether you’re looking to unwind, build strength, or explore the flow of movement, my classes are designed to meet you where you are. no matter your experience level, you’ll find a welcoming space to practice, breathe, and reconnect.
each class includes a space available at a reduced rate for anyone who may need it - no questions asked. yoga should be open to everyone, and this small step helps ensure that cost never stands in the way of joining the practice.
beginner’s yoga

yin
yin yoga is a slow, grounding practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. through longer-held postures, it works into the deeper layers of the body - calming the nervous system, releasing tension, and allowing energy to flow freely. it’s an invitation to slow down, soften, breathe, find presence - and to simply be…
after class, we often wander over to Kitsch on the Ebley Canal for a coffee or hot chocolate, and you’re very welcome to join us for a relaxed catch-up
