a private session gives you the chance to focus entirely on your own practice, with guidance designed to support your body and your goals. whether you’re brand new to yoga or more experienced, we can explore movement, breath, balance, or strength in a way that feels accessible and personal. sessions can take place in Stroud, online, or at a space that suits you.

  • Perfect for beginners wanting extra guidance, for those looking to deepen their practice, or anyone recovering from injury or managing stress. No previous yoga experience needed - sessions are tailored to your comfort level. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and can be held in-person or online. Shorter/longer sessions may also be arranged on request.

  • single session rate: £65 (excluding studio hire)

    5-class bundle: £290 (save 10%)

    10-class bundle: £520 (save 20%)

    prices exclude studio hire which can be arranged at request. Prices include travel up to a 10mile radius, £0.45 charge per mile will be applied thereafter.

  • event sessions are fully tailored to your group and occasion. We’ll discuss your needs in advance to shape the practice - from an energising flow to start the day, to a calming, restorative session to wind down. Classes can be held at your venue or a hired space, with options to include guided meditation, breathwork, or other mindful practices to suit your group.

  • pricing is available on request and will depend on group size, location, and length of session. Packages can also be created for multi-day events or retreats. Please get in touch to design the right experience for your occasion.

    "I have attended several of Lydia’s yoga classes, she taught both yin and vinyasa. Her presence was calming and warm, she made me feel at ease. Lydia catered to a range of ability levels, there was a low floor and a high ceiling in terms of difficulty. I am an ex-gymnast and I am quite flexible. Her classes challenged me, despite the fact that I have a good range of motion. She consistently gave instructions which made yoga poses both easier and more difficult. Lydia provided helpful cues to ensure that we were all getting the most out of different poses and movements. I particularly liked how she got us to focus on our breathing and identify areas of tension to relax us."
