"Lydia is the perfect instructor for beginners as well as more advanced students. Her guidance, practical demonstrations, and equipment recommendations mean that even those new to yoga can find ways to access and develop their poses. She also has a wonderfully discreet way of supporting students in the room: whenever a pose feels uncomfortable, she offers gentle adjustments or suggestions so you can move into the pose with ease and confidence. Lydia has a natural cadence to her voice that helps her students find peace and calm through breathwork and movement. I always come away with a sense of peace, which is something I often find difficult to achieve on my own."

"The Yin and Vinyasa classes Lydia runs have been such a pleasure to attend! She is a wonderful teacher - her kind and welcoming nature creates a calming and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable. Over the weeks, I’ve noticed greater flexibility and more strength in my weak spots. The two classes are the perfect blend of relaxation and growth. I always leave feeling refreshed and grounded, and I’d recommend Lydia’s classes to anyone looking to improve their practice and overall wellbeing. They’ve truly become one of the best parts of my week."

"Lydia is a very knowledgeable and supportive yoga teacher, and her classes have a lovely relaxed tone which means I feel completely at ease as a yoga newbie. She always gives options for each movement which makes it really accessible for all abilities. With Lydia’s excellent teaching and guidance I look forward to seeing where my yoga journey will take me!"

"I have attended several of Lydia’s yoga classes, she taught both yin and vinyasa. Her presence was calming and warm, she made me feel at ease. Lydia catered to a range of ability levels, there was a low floor and a high ceiling in terms of difficulty. I am an ex-gymnast and I am quite flexible. Her classes challenged me, despite the fact that I have a good range of motion. She consistently gave instructions which made yoga poses both easier and more difficult. Lydia provided helpful cues to ensure that we were all getting the most out of different poses and movements. I particularly liked how she got us to focus on our breathing and identify areas of tension to relax us."
