six-week beginner’s course
this six-week introduction to vinyasa yoga offers a gentle, supportive space to begin, or to reconnect with your practice. each class moves at a steady, accessible pace with invitational cues, encouraging you to explore movement in a way that feels good in your body. as the weeks progress, you’ll gradually build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
about the course
throughout the six weeks, we’ll take our time. each session builds thoughtfully on the last, allowing you to develop familiarity with foundational postures, transitions, and breathing techniques without ever feeling rushed. you’ll be guided through mindful movement, meditation, and breathwork, as well as introduced to the philosophy that underpins yoga - offering a practice that goes far beyond the physical.
every class is held in a safe, compassionate environment with a warm, community feel: a place to learn, to move, and to simply be. props will be provided for you; just bring your own mat and an openness to explore. together, we’ll build a steady weekly routine that supports both body and mind, helping you grow confidence in your practice.
